November's Wing Thing this Wednesday features a collaboration between Derek Menaldino of Manatawny Still Works and MUCHOMAS Chocolate and Chef Brian Lofink. They have created Manatawny Whiskey Mole Wings with MUCHOMAS chocolate, fresh crema and scallions.
Team MUCHOMAS will be there to drink whiskey, eat chocolate, and tell great stories about whiskey, chocolate, and wings. Of course we'll all be eating these incredible wings!
At the Fine Chocolate Industry Association's annual NYC meeting, MUCHOMAS Chocolate will present a talk on the challenges of running an e-commerce based chocolate company. Co-presenting with Eric Fettman of e-nor, a Google Analytics firm, the talk will focus on how to use data to better drive consumer engagement.

The talk will focus on global trade, outsourced food manufacturing, ecommerce platforms, social media, content marketing, and the new nexus of food and tech.
